Tuesday Nights

Marriage Matters
Tuesday nights from 7 to 8:30. This class will be a combination of teaching, interaction, and assignments to do as a couple that will give a fresh approach to your marriage relationship. First offered last summer, a substantial portion of the material will be covered again, but Billy will include new material. Any who attended last summer will hear things differently and will have a chance to really absorb the information.
Led by Billy Grammer, Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Billy was on staff at Fellowship Bible Church-Dallas for 22 years as the director of the Counseling Center.
Cost: $30/couple; $20/person. No fee for childcare.

Financial Peace University
Tuesday nights from 6:45 to 8:30. Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University is a 13-week video-based small group study that teaches families how to beat debt, build wealth, and give like never before. The average family will eliminate $5,300 in debt and save $2,700 during the 13-week period. In our culture, being broke is normal. Come learn to be weird!
Led by Drew & Kay Simms and Jchon & Dawn Paradise.
Cost: $100/family; $0/alumni. No fee for childcare.

Perspectives on the World Christian Movement
Tuesday nights at 6:45, beginning January 12. Perspectives on the World Christian Movement is a Christian education course designed to help believers learn more about God's heart for all nations and how believers worldwide can play an active role in the Great Commission. Different instructors from around the country come to teach the class.
Cost: $250/person. No fee for childcare.

Know What You Believe: Theology 101
Wednesday nights from 6:45 to 8:15. For new believers and seasoned saints alike! You’ll gain a systematic overview of Christian beliefs. We will study the authority of the Bible, the nature and character of God (Father, Son, and Spirit), His plan for our salvation, how we grow spiritually, the purpose of the church, and the end of the world. Learn how the early church wrestled with these issues, and why they’re still important for your spiritual life today. Bring your Bible!

DivorceCare
Wednesday nights from 7 to 9. Have you been through or are in the midst of a difficult divorce? DivorceCare is a biblically-based ministry course designed to help you as you recover from the after-effects of divorce.
Cost: $12. No fee for childcare.

We'll discuss composition, lighting, exposure, landscapes, and portraits, as well as making books prints and more with your photos. Bring your camera.

Jesus at the Movies: Film & Theology
This year we'll look at Joe vs. the Volcano. We will watch the movie and discuss the film's message, the overall art of filmmaking, and how that message aligns with the truth of scripture.

Calligraphy
For all ages. Learn basics on which to build so you can produce impressive calligraphy.

Writers' Support Group

Discovery Workshop
A choice for kids signed up for childcare--using fun science experiments to teach the attributes of God. This class will last about 45 minutes.

Principles of Discipleship: 15 Steps to a New Life
We will cover the essential principles of the Christian life, looking at central passages of the scriptures. For the brand-new believer as well as the seasoned follower of Christ.

Marriage: A Biblical Perspective
The course provides many practical insights into building a successful marriage by exploring the dynamics behind spousal relationships, understanding the marriage covenant, and handling financial matters.

Revelation
A highly-interactive, fast-paced study of end-time prophecy using the book of Revelation as our guide. Listen to the lectures here.

Perspectives is a dynamic, life-changing course where you will have an opportunity to discover what God is doing around the world and consider your part in His purposes.
