A $30 fee (or $31 with PayPal) is required by the national MOPS organization and must be remitted before you are officially registered. Please mark one of the following:
I will pay by PayPal (the option will be available after you click 'submit').
I will drop off my payment at the church between 9 AM and 4 PM.
I will mail payment to "CBC MOPS" care of the church at the address below.
I would appreciate a scholarship for the membership fee.
 

Childcare is available for children up to age 5 and is approximately $6/child per meeting. Please list the name, date of birth, and sex of each child (and any allergy information or special instructions) that will need care.
