Prayer Time |

A group of women gathered this past November and Jill Briscoe’s question, “Are you a praying church?” came up. During the conversation we decided to read “Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire” by Jim Cymbala. Via email we talked about things we did not agree with in the book and about the encouragements we received from the book. This email conversation led to conversations about the desire to have an evening prayer time at the church. | ||||||

Therefore, Tuesday nights at 7 in the Prayer
Room, there will be a prayer time for both men and women to come
together to pray. As people are drawn to the prayer time we will
trust the Lord to direct our focus. Initially we want to spend
time thanking the Lord for the work He is doing through people
at CBC and to ask the Lord for whatever is on our hearts to pray
